Voters and SlideShare will judge the contest entries based on three equally weighted factors: (i) the creativeness of Entrant's presentation; (ii) the clarity of Entrant's presentation; and (iii) the persuasiveness of Entrant's presentation.
The "Tell A Story Contest" winners will be selected by SlideShare or its designee(s).

Entrant agrees not to use any form of "spamming" or other improper means to increase votes in a way inconsistent with the spirit of this Promotion, or any methods considered by SlideShare in its sole discretion to be unsportsmanlike. SlideShare reserves the right to throw out any votes it suspects are improper in its sole discretion.
